1. Read the contents of `viewBestTimes.php` to identify the form used for manual entry and the associated JavaScript for the athlete search.
2. Analyze the JavaScript within `viewBestTimes.php` and `livesearch-members.php` to diagnose why the selected athlete's name is not populating the input field.
